We accept returns for EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT. Due to the nature of our products we can not issue refunds. All returns and exchanges should be shipped to the following address:

Provide written instructions with the shipped return, a copy of your invoice and also email us a tracking number when you are returning a hat. Indicate any exchanges for another item. Include style, color and size of the exchange item. Enclose $8.00 for return shipping in USA and $10.00 for Canada and Mexico.

OUR EXCHANGE SHIPPING DEAL:
Shipping on exchanges will be a flat rate of $8.00 in USA, and $ 10.00 to Canada and Mexico. This is a great savings if you need to return a product for exchange. Returns must meet ALL Applicable Criteria:
- Closeout sales are FINAL and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Products must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, plastic bags, etc.)
- Please be sure to package well. Items showing any signs of wear such as removal of tags, finger prints, makeup stains, sweat stains, reshaping, scuffs, or removal of accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date your product was received.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please contact us for further information before returning an item for reshipping fees to your country.
SHIPPING:
We use USPS - The US Postal Service - as our shipping carrier. In the USA Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of shipping. We highly suggest you purchase Insurance when making a purchase as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Will be shipped by US Postal Service (USPS). 1st Class International is the standard method. If you choose we can use Priority Mail and Express Mail to some countries.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
It takes 3 to 5 business days to process your order as we customize and shape many of our products by hand. If you need a product ASAP please e-mail us to see if it can be rushed before you purchase.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
Ordering by Credit Card: Your credit card will be billed at time of purchase. If you wish to cancel the order please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will refund your credit card.
