We accept returns for EXCHANGE or MERCHANDISE CREDIT. Due to the nature of our products we can not issue refunds. All returns and exchanges should be shipped to the following address:

Provide written instructions with the shipped return and a copy of your invoice. Indicate any exchanges for another item. Include style, color and size of the exchange item. Enclose $6.00 for return shipping.

OUR EXCHANGE SHIPPING DEAL:
Shipping on exchanges will be a flat rate of $6.00. This is a great savings if you need to return a product for exchange. Returns must meet ALL Applicable Criteria:
- Closeout sales are FINAL and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Products must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging (hang tags, box, packaging paper, plastic bags, etc.)
- Please be sure to package well. Items showing any signs of wear such as removal of tags, finger prints, makeup stains, sweat stains, reshaping, scuffs, or removal of accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All exchanges must be requested within 21 days from the date your product was received. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date.

SHIPPING:
We use USPS - The US Postal Service - as our shipping carrier. Delivery Confirmation is included in the cost of shipping. We highly suggest you purchase Insurance when making a purchase as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
Ordering by Credit Card: Your credit card will be billed at time of purchase. If you wish to cancel the order please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will refund your credit card.
